Reasons why?

Crobat is a Water type Pokemon. In the anime After reaching the town where the preliminary round of the Whirl Cup is held, Ash and Misty enter and earn the two victories required to continue on to the finals. A friend they had met earlier is not as fortunate. When Misty tries to console him with promises of the next Whirl Cup to be held in three years, he remains depressed, saying that it was not lack of ability but the low spirits of his Octillery that had brought about his defeat. The Pokémon had been depressed ever since it evolved from a Remoraid and was subsequently spurned by its onetime Remoraid friends. If the boy cannot somehow mend these friendships between Pokémon that have now grown different in appearance, he doesn't see any hopes of victory even in three years time. Ash and friends willingly lend their knowledge and enthusiasm to this problem of Pokémon sociology. In the game Octillery can learn a huge number off moves including Energy Ball, Hyper Beam and Hydro Pump.

Dreamworld ability!

Ability : ''Moody'' This raises one stat and lowers another. Usually this can be used to a trainers benefit however sometimes it may be a bother. Overall it is a fine ability to have due to the fact that it may be in your favor  I usually attach a quick claw to my Octillery because its speed stat is quite low.

Most powerful move : Hyper Beam
Power : 150
PP : 5
Accuracy : 90 percent

Hyper Beam deals damage, but the user must recharge on the next turn (bringing its effective power down to 75 per turn). If the user has the ability Truant, it will recharge in the same turn that it loafs around. Hyper Beam is the Special counterpart to Giga Impact. This is move is very powerful as it can K.O. a Pokemon in one turn. However the downside is you can only use it once as it will leave your Pokemon defenseless on the next attack. Hyper Beam isn't very accurate so there is a chance of it missing and the move will still effect your Pokemon so it is risky.
