Pelipper

Reasons why?

Pelipper is a really good Pokemon. In the episode In You Said a Mouthful!, a Trainer named Anthony has a Pelipper that he used to challenge other Trainers to battle in an unofficial Gym. Anthony was exposed as a cheater because he stuffed several Poke Balls containing smaller Pokémon into the Pelipper's bill.
In Sky High Gym Battle!, Winona used a Pelipper against Ash during the Gym Battle. This Pelipper had a unique way handling its weakness to Electrical attacks, Winona having it strike the ground with Steel Wing and pass the electricity harmlessly into the ground. Despite this clever tactic, it was defeated by Pikachu.  In the Pokemon ruby, Sapphire and Emerald Pelipper is the first water Pokemon you can catch. And is one of my most favorite Pokemon in these games. Some of the moves Pelipper can learn are Hurricane, Hydro Pump and Steel Wing.

Dreamworld ability!

Ability : ''Rain Dish'' Pelipper regains HP gradually when its raining. This ability is a bit off a letdown in my opinion However if you carry the move rain dance with you then you will be loving it.

Most powerful move : Sky Attack

Power : 140

PP : 5

Accuracy : 90 percent

The user of Sky Attack will become cloaked in a harsh light on the first turn. On the second turn,Sky Attack deals damage and has a 30% chance of causing the target to flinch. (wicked!)
