Lanturn

Reasons why?

Lanturn is a Water/Electric type Pokemon. Lanturn first appeared in The Mystery is History. Its Trainer Oliver was using it to play with a Baby Lugia.. We don't really see any of Lanturn's moves however in the games Lanturn is able to learn a variety of moves such as Hydro Pump, Discharge and Ice Beam.

Dreamworld ability!

Ability : ''Water Absorb'' A Pokemon with the ability water absorb heals a quarter of its health if hit by a water type move. This is very useful in battle as you are assured to get healed and in a double battle if one of you Pokemon uses surf Lanturn will also get healed.

Most Powerful move

Most powerful move : Hydro Pump
Power : 120
PP : 5
Accuracy : 80 percent

The target is blasted by a huge volume of water launched under great pressure. The downside of Hydro Pump is the PP as this move can only be used five times 8 being its max and PP regaining items are very hard to find as they can't be bought in Pokemon Centers. Hydro Pump isn't very accurate so there is a chance of it missing and the move will still effect your Pokemon so it is risky.
