Delcatty

Reasons why?

Delcatty is a very charming Pokemon. In the anime we really see Delcatty flourish as the Delcatty we see knows many moves and May's Skitty also learns the move ''Blizzard'' from this Delcatty. In the games Delcatty has a very good move-pool and its speed is amazing. However its other stats aren't as amazing. Normal types are quite weak in the Pokemon games or handicapped like Slaking.

Dreamworld ability!

Ability : ''Wonder Skin'' This makes any attack that has the potential of changing the status of Delcatty more likely to miss. This is a fine ability as there are many status changing move now so it makes it worth while to have this ability. However the downside is that I would rather have Delcatty's ''Normalize'' ability as this changes any attack to a normal type attack therefore there is minimum damage.

Most Powerful move

Most powerful move : Last Resort

Power : 140

PP : 5

Accuracy : 100 percent

Last Resort deals high damage, but will fail if the user has not used each of its other moves at least once (or has no other moves). If the user switches out, the move gets reset and when it switches back in, will need to use each of its other moves at least once in order to use Last Resort again. This move isn't amazing but if all the other moves have been used up then it is a power to be reckoned with.
