Hau will heal your Pokemon and challenge you to a battle a few steps into Paniola Town.



If you chose Litten, Hau will have Dartrix.



If you chose Rowlet, Hau will have Brionne.



If you chose Popplio, Hau will have Oratorical.

After the battle, he’ll give a Dire Hit. Continue into town, stop by the Pokemon Center to heal your Pokemon, then head to the west side of town until you find Team Skull picking on a Alolan Vulpix over a Bottle Cap.

Come back the next day to the same spot and the Vulpix will reward you with the Bottle Cap. Across the way, talk to the guy with the Miltank and you’ll receive a free bottle of Moomoo Milk.



The next house will be filled with Magmar. Go upstairs and into the bedroom door at the top of the stairs. Walk through, grab the Totem Sticker in the next room, and come out on the other side. There will be 3 Magmar. One will give you a Quick Ball.



Continue south to Paniola Ranch!

As you walk up the path, a trainer on the right will confront you for a battle.

Keep walking up the path until a Pokemon Breeder stops you. He’ll bring you to Mallow who will give you Stoutland to register to your Ride Pager. Interact with the Tauros all the way in back corner and the Pokemon Breeder will ask you to battle him to help tame it.

When you defeat him, he’ll give you a Scope Lens. Leave and feel free to hop on Stoutland and continue south into the yellow tall grass ahead. Turn left onto the ramp and fight the trainer.

On the other side of the ramp, turn right and through the grass there will be a Paralyze Heal. Continue east, over the next ramp, and then turn south. This will lead you to the Pokemon Nursery.



Inside, the woman at the desk will give you Pokemon Egg that will hatch into an Eevee. Rotom will help Pokemon hatch from Eggs faster. The woman on the left will give you TM 10 Hidden Power. That same woman will be able to tell you what type of Hidden Power your Pokemon will learn!



The Miltank outside to the right will heal your Pokemon. Across from the nursery is a fenced off area with an opening. Inside you can find a hidden item X Sp. Def. Battle the trainer doing crunches under the red truck.

Go through the grass south of the truck and pick up a Heal Ball. On the opposite side of the truck, there’s an Amulet Coin. Continue heading up the road and fight the trainer to the right.

Continuing north will take you out of Paniola Ranch (Ultra) and into Route 5.
