Talk to the first woman on the right upon entering the city and she will give you a Potion. Continue north into the Shopping District until you meet up with Hau. He will bring you into the tourist bureau to get a Poke Finder extension for your Rotom Pokedex.
The woman behind the counter to the left will let you draw a Loto Ticket. Revisit when you have more Pokemon from other Trainers to increase your chances of winning. When you leave, a man will stop to ask you about the Poke Finder. There will be an indent in a nearby wall where you can use it to take some pictures.
Continue traveling north along the road. Lillie will stop you in front of an Apparel Shop to give you a Lens Case and Makeup Bag (if your Trainer is a girl), which will allow you to change your eye color and lip color.
Feel free to visit the Apparel Shop and buy some clothes or change your appearance in the dressing room. Talk to the woman outside the shop and she will give you a Silk Scarf. The Salon is to the left of the Apparel Shop, where you can pay to change your haircut and color.
Continue north then enter the red gate on the left and search the tall grass for a Tiny Mushroom. Leave, then enter the next red gate to find a Revive.
Walk up to the Pokemon Center and talk to Captain Ilima. He’ll be putting up a Totem Sticker which you can grab once she explains what they are. Talk to the man to the left of the Pokemon Center and he will give you a Heal Ball.
Take this time to heal and/or and switch out your Pokemon. Pick up some items if you need them too. The elderly man by the Poke Mart is the Move Deleter. Talk to him to make your Pokemon forget unwanted moves.
On the other side of the Pokemon Center is the cafe. There’s a woman by a magazine stand that wants you to catch an Abra for her. You can find them in the tall grass behind the gate immediately across the Pokemon Center.
Walk south toward the end of the road and take a right. Follow the hedges until there’s an opening. You’ll find yourself at Captain Ilima’s mansion. Walk towards the pool in the back and pick up the Ether near the palm trees. Enter the mansion and talk to the woman in the kitchen to obtain a Lumiose Galette. Go upstairs and through the door on your left to find Ilima's room. There is a totem sticker in the lower right-hand corner of the room.
Leave the house and take a look at your Rotom Pokedex. There will be a red flag marked on it. Start heading towards it, but make sure to grab the totem sticker outside the City Hall and the Revive from the woman inside it. There is another totem sticker behind one of the benches. Go back outside to head towards the flag on the map. When you reach it, you’ll end up at bumping in Hau at the Sweet Malasada Shop. You’ll both encounter Team Skull.

Continue north after the cutscene with Hala and the Tauros to reach Route 2, on your way to complete your first trial!
Continue from Ten Carat Hill
Follow the red flag on the map of your Rotom Pokedex. This will take you to the Alola Photo Club. After you take a celebratory picture with your Pokemon, leave and you’ll bump into Hau. Instead of taking Professor’s Kukui’s boat, he’ll suggest Mantine Surfing to the next island.
