Eleanor walks in on Sebastian and her mother. After everything that happened in the last episode this seems to be Eleanor's last straw. I mean will she forgive her mother? Or will she join her family in overthrowing her Robert? That is to be seen.

Eleanor Tells Willow About Roberts New Decision! - The Royals 4x09 'Righ...

It seems Robert is keeping Willow out of the loop and that he didn't discuss with her the fact that the monarchy was going to remain in power. I mean I bet she feels shitty now that Robert has not only tried to compel her silence but lied to her on top of that.

Liam told Katherine to go see Robert after he tried to make advances at her. It was all a part of his plan to expose him on front of the country. Obviously what he doesn't understand is that Robert is a very good manipulator. He probably knows what's going on.
