It seems Commander Waterford can't get enough of Offred and uses the time his wife is away from home to visit her. To his surprise Offred is nowhere to be found and he finds the music box. Knowing something is going on I believe he's going to figure out that they've gone to the hospital. It also seems even with the help of the Martha who happens to be the best neurosurgeon in the land Charlotte's going to die.
