Hal Cooper is the Black Hood. OMG! I had no idea. Although it's all making sense now. That's how he knew how to contact Betty from the very beginning. I mean I thought it would be Sherif Keller. One thing I don't understand is that by his own logic he's an adulterer. Shouldn't he kill himself instead. That's what I don't understand about killers.
