Pokemon Ultra Moon (Silent Walkthrough) - Episode 26 | Lush Jungle - Trial Location

The Lush Jungle is where Trial Captain Mallow has her Trial. It lies on the connecting path between Route 8 and Route 5.

Walk up to Mallow and start your trial. She will need help making her Super Mallow Special. She need Mago Berries, Honey, and a Big Root to make her dish.

She’ll take you to each location to collect the items but will warn you not to take any items that a Pokemon has its eyes on. Pay attention to what she says about the ingredient to get a hint on what you can take without incident. If you take one Pokemon have had their eyes on, they will fight you right before your battle with the Totem Pokemon. Once you’ve found the item, walk up to Mallow and let her know.

At the first location, check the sparkling trees. Choose the Mago Berry that smells sour in the back of the area, and grab the Super Potion next to the tall grass.

In the second location, check the flowers. Choose the Honey from the bush with few flowers near the entrance, then head towards the back of the field and pick up the Max Revive then to the west side of the field where the tree is. You should be able to crawl through and pick up TM86 Grass Knot. Return to the field and check the random clearing in the grass for a Revival Herb.

The third location will have you checking trees that oddly resemble Sudowoodo for a Big Root. Pick the tree that's obviously not a Sudowoodo, past the first few Sudowoodo near Lana. Make sure to pick up the X Defense on the northeast side of the jungle. Walk around to the lower half of the path and check the dark spot in the dirt for a Heal Powder. There’s a rock in the easternmost area of this location but it can’t be moved yet at this stage of the game.

Once you’ve collected all the ingredient, Mallow will make her dish but if you chose the wrong ingredients each time she adds a new ingredient, a Pokemon will want to battle.

Trial Captain Mallow will give you the Grassium Z and 10 Nest Balls. Professor Kukui will come afterward and give you TM67 Smart Strike before sending you on your way to Route 5.
