Mitsuki did NOT use Sage Jutsu - Mitsuki vs Shino

I was scrolling through Youtube when I came across a video that stated that Mitsuki use Sage Jutsu against Shino. In this very quick video I explain why that isn't very likely sorry about video but it infuriated me.
